OriginClub.com, OriginTours.com, OriginGifts.com, RuCams.com (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "OriginClub") belong to ORIGIN LLC company which is registered in the Russian Federation in accordance with established procedure and has all necessary licenses for its activities.

Information Collection and Use

ORIGIN LLC is the owner of websites OriginClub.com, OriginTours.com, OriginGifts.com, where the information is placed by the users and by the partner companies; the latter are made official contracts with, and they are legally responsible for the services they offer. ORIGIN LLC doesn't sell, share or exchange information from its websites to other users and companies. The data are placed on the site by filling in the registration form on the websites. The membership in OriginClub is free of charge; charge is taken only for the rendered services - Russian/English translation of the letters, time in Video Chat, the cost of gifts and their delivery, travel services etc.

OriginClub provides to the ladies from Russia and countries of the former USSR services of the search of men abroad for marriage.

OriginClub doesn't render services of escort, prostitution or other illegal activities.

Registration

To have the full access to the OriginClub services, the clients must fill in the registration form completely. While registering themselves, clients must supply their personal and contact information, including name, age, sex, city of residence, zip code, e-mail address, as well as information about their preferences in partner. After registration ID and password will be sent to the client by e-mail.

It is not recommended to use free mail services like Mail.ru, Yandex.ru, Yahoo.com and the like, as they don't guarantee the delivery of e-mails from OriginClub to your mailbox.

Membership

OriginClub charges fee for one-time services rendered in its sites - English/Russian translation of the letters, contact information exchange, the cost of gifts and their delivery, travel services and other services.

The only exception is Live Video Chat. The membership fee can be charged for the participation in Public Video Chat during a chosen period of time. If OriginClub members participate in Private Video Chat, they are charged payment per minute.

The women users don't pay for anything. For them this service is absolutely free!

Payments and Refunds

ORIGIN LLC is not a billing Company and has no access to the numbers of users' credit cards. All payments are taken by a billing company ASSIST.RU which informs OriginClub only about the result of authorization and sum of payment.

Since ASSIST.RU is a Russian-based company, it operates only in Russian roubles. The international companies VISA and Master/Euro Card convert them into American dollars according to their internal exchange rate.

OriginClub accepts payment by credit cards VISA, Master/Euro Card, Diners Club card, JCB card, as well as payments through Western Union and MoneyGram. Payment by electronic money WebMoney, Yandex.Dengi, e-port, Kredit Pilot is also possible.

Each user will receive an e-mail from OriginClub each time he has a new letter in his mailbox and from our billing company each time he replenishes his account.

OriginClub refunds the cost of services to the member's account if the rendered service was of poor quality or if there was no service rendered at all but the member was charged for it, or if money was withdrawn from the member's account due to a technical breakdown.

Money refund to the credit card is made after the preliminary negotiations with OriginClub and producing evidence of wrongful withdrawal.

The balance of account is not returned to the client as it is impossible.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data (a small text file) stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. The session ID cookie simply terminates once the user closes its browser. A persistent cookie is stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. For instance, if a user sets a cookie on our site, he will not have to log in a password more than once, and therefore will save time on our site. Cookies are placed on the registration and login page. If a user rejects the cookie, he may still use our site without any limitations. Cookies also enable us to target and protect the interests of our users in order to improve their impression of our site. While on our site, usage of a cookie is in no way connected with any personal identification information.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, operate the site, control the spammers's activity and collect broad demographic information.

IP addresses are not linked to any personally identification information.

Sharing

We will share collected demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any information that can identify any individual person.

We use the services of an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company ASSIST.RU to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information for any other purpose except for providing these services.

Surveys & Contests

From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and therefore, the user has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and to award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring and improving the work of our site.

Messages and Video Chat

When communicating via OriginClub mail service, all letters are translated from/into English/Russian/Ukrainian by the professional interpreters. In case any claims to the translation arise, the addressee of the letter may be given the original text of the letter. Up to 2 photos may be attached to the letter.

The communication in Video Chat is online, and both sides can see each other and write to each other in English. If a lady doesn't know English, she will resort to the help of an interpreter. Men members of the club can participate in Video Chat without a webcam. Since according to the rules of our club a woman can participate in Video Chat only with a webcam, in this case the one-sided video stream will come from her side.

When communicating through the services of OriginClub, the members of OriginClub are forbidden to transfer any contact information, except for the postal address and telephone number.

The members of OriginClub are also forbidden to make abusive or offensive remarks and statements addressed to other members of the club, or to express racial, national, religious intolerance in verbal or any other way.

It is also forbidden to post on the Website or to transmit to other members materials of the XXX, erotic, porno contents, as well as terroristic, nationalistic or aggression-provoking materials.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, it is protected both online and off-line.

When our users are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL protocol. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open during free surfing the websites.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect users' information off-line. All of our users' information, including the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. We send all new members a welcoming e-mail message to verify their password and username. Registered members will occasionally receive a newsletter. Site and Service Updates

We also send the users our site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the users to provide requested services and in regards to issues concerning their account via e-mail or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as their zip code), or if a user no longer desires to use our service we provide a way to correct, update or deactivate users' personally identifiable information. This can usually be done on the member's profile information by editing their profile and submitting their request. All data is then updated in our system.

In order to cancel a membership, members need to fill out the Cancel Membership form from the Profile page. Once a cancellation is processed all information is deleted from the database.

Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site during registration. If they wish not to receive our newsletter they can opt-out by unsubscribing during registration, by following the instructions contained in the email, by simply cancelling their membership or going to http://support.originclub.com.
